Ingredients

  • 1 pound linguine

Sauce Ingredients

  • cup water
  • cup natural peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • ¼ cup soy sauce substitute tamari
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil peanut or canola
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seed toasted for extra flavor

Toppings

  • sliced green onions
  • toasted sesame seed

Instructions

  • Cook linguine according to package directions.
  • While linguine is boiling make the sauce by combining all ingredients in the Ninja Fit Blender. Run blender until sauce is completely smooth. Alternately, whisk ingredients together.
