Pink Grapefruit and Rosemary Gin Granita
Pink and delightful, tasty and convenient, cold and refreshing.
- 4 cups pink grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup gin
- 1-2 sprigs rosemary
Heat 1 cup juice with sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat just until sugar melts.
Remove from heat, and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain liquid into freezer-proof pitcher. Stir in remaining juice and gin.
Place pitcher in the freezer. Stir occasionally as it freezes.
To serve just scoop into beautiful glasses, and serve with a spoon.
