  • 2 cups baking soda
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup citric acid

Instructions

  • Put on a mask to keep powder out of your lungs. If you wear nail polish you may want to wear gloves as well since citric acid can be tough on manicures.
  • Pulse dry milk and oats in a small blender to a fine consistency.
  • Add to a largish bowl along with baking soda, cornstarch and citric acid and mix well.
  • Add fragrance oil and mix well using your hands to break up little clumps and distribute the oil.
  • Package in jars or plastic bags -- something that will keep out moisture in the bathroom.
  • Makes about 4½ cups. Add about ½ cup to your bath. I like to do this after I'm in the tub so I can delight in the fizziness!
